The Longevity Suite (Asia)

• Whole-body cryotherapy

  Therapy

  Brief exposure of the whole body to very low air temperature, typically two to three minutes in a chamber.

• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

  Therapy

  Breathing oxygen at above atmospheric pressure in a sealed chamber, in repeated sessions. Approved indications are narrow in both markets and do not include general healthy ageing.

• Dry flotation

  Therapy

  A session lying on a membrane suspended over warm water, giving the sensation of floating without contact with the water.
